The squirrel helmet looks insane. I'm just not good enough haha. Any other way to get money, or can you only get it through single player??

It's not really about skill and more about grinding the game.
Just completing logging on 2000 times will give you enough. Don't matter about faults.
You could do different tracks to make it more interesting.
Obviously getting medals is good for the money to.
I made a thread ages a go that gives a break down of best track for money i don't think i can share links with my set up but i'll try and edit this later.
But "logging on" is a good 1 to grind you can make a bout 1000 quid a minute
"Groundhog asylum" is a bit harder but slightly more money and there is plenty of check points so it can still be done quite quickly with some faults.
