how do u make a track look like dark city run where it is grey

grab the game camera at the start and press up on the d-pad to bring up its options, then scroll down to filter and there are all sorts of different colors to chose from

I know the last option in the advanced camera filters is like the red/grey dark city run on pc, so likely identical on xbox. Effect is called "Miller".
