TwitchTV and streaming.
Since i got my PVR, ive tried streaming on a couple of occasions, but the stream was blocky and patchy.Im wanting to ask any of you guys who know, or who stream yourselves, as to what are the best settings, etc..If you do streaming, then youll know what i mean.Im on about Kbps, quality, etc..youll know what i mean..
So, im hoping for some advice, or answers really...
Thnx gang.

Re: TwitchTV and streaming.
My XSplit Broadcaster is set to 854 x 480 and I record using Dazzle and Composite (red, white, yellow) cables. As for kbs I think they're at default. I know that if your video is too small, it will show as grainy/blocky because it has to stretch to fit 320 x 200 or 640 x 400 I think. Also you may be experiencing low quality if the scene is too dark - I had that using my first capture card, was worse than cable TV quality.
If you record too high though, your connection may not be able to stream it; or computer may not process the filesize fast enough.

Re: TwitchTV and streaming.
thnx for the reply dude.i totally understaned everything you have posted.mine isnt terrible, but it occassionally stutters.Ive been in the twitch forums, and they recon its to do with peak time gamers etc..My computer is just short of the recomendations, so i think im either setting quality to high, or something...I know theres no 1 answer too..
i watched a guy on youtube go through his, and it was the best idea, as it worked OK for me..i just dont know what to tweak.
