    How I have met Trials...

This is my story where I met Trials:

How I have met trials was at May 2, 2012, where I got my Xbox 360 Slim with Kinect, and it got a few demos already saved at the memory unit, and one of them was Trials HD. I've played it all day even it was a demo was pretty crap at riding that time IMO ). I didn't had an Xbox LIVE account that time, just offline. I was very touched at this game, then I started surfing around at the Internet. I've searched around for Trials HD stuff, and then I got into the Gamestop website. There, I found a very un-missable game, Trials Evolution! I watched videos from it, and there the editor looked AWSOME. I just couldn't wait till I got it. Why I wasn't a XBL member that time is because I didn't know right how to set up an account, so, I figured it out somewhere on August. Then, on August 27th, I went to the city to buy points, and Gold Membership, then when I was home, I played endless this game (even yet still), and rarely played other games. That's how I've met Trials.

How and when did any of you from this community met Trials? Just randomly hit it, friends told you, from T2SE, or searched it out for cool arcade games or anyhow?

I played Trials 2 SE before but not really much and quite forgot about it. I really started to play it again when Trials HD came out and thats when it became addicting.

I didnt buy HD at the day it came out. I was playing so much call of duty 4 and 5 at this time (cant remember which one it was when THD came out) and I was destroying many many many controllers. I was quite an "ambitioned" gamer to put it that way.

So one of my friends got THD and told me I shouldnt buy it because if I do I will definitely waste even more controllers in this game. I bought it nevertheless and believe it or not. In allmost 4 years of excessive trials playing I didnt smash one single controller (well maybe one or so). The game is so relaxing to me and I never had the feeling that something unfair happened. When I crashed I just knew I had to learn more and get better.

Well Trials and me was love ta first sight (at least on the XBOX). From the first day on I couldnt stop. I played hundreds and most likely even thousands of hours on THD and now TEVO until I stopped about two or three months ago when I wanted to start to improve on my overall score and realized that it was broken - and it still is - and it doesnt get fixed. So I kind of stopped but Im still interessted in the community and will never stop mentioning that Redlynx' behavior concerning theese problems is ******G ME UP.

I had never heard of the Trials franchise before Evo came out.
I used to really be into COD livestreams, and one day this guy I followed was streaming Trials Evolution.
It was the day of the release, it was love at first sight.
I thought the game looked awesome and bought it the same day.
    Been playing it ever since.

Bought HD in October to try it out, but I personally prefer Evo.
So I guess i'm somewhat new to the Trials game, but i'm really loving it.

used to play the flash games on miniclip ages ago. missed out on trials 2 because pc gaming was never something I ever tried or wanted to try.
one morning a friend and I were talking on xbox and he pointed out Trials HD had just been put on the marketplace and when I realised it was the same franchise as those old flash games, I was hooked before even playing the game - must have sat there with no points playing Wheres the Ground for about 5 hours

Noticed a friend playing HD, so I decided to see what it was and instantly fell in love. Passed him on the LB quite fast, too

Not really sure how to tell my story. I am over thirty years of crappy old age. Had a Nintendo (way back) and a 64 and a SAGA genesis. That was a long time ago and that was the only gaming I did. I work in the garage most of the time. Never had ambition to get into sports, just anything/everything with racing. On track, off road, in the air, on the water, ice, snow, dirt, sand, and if it's modafiable, it's raceable.
Sometime in late June of 2011 a friend came back from the war in Afg. and brought back a 360 with whole bunch of shooting war games and a couple of other role playing stuff. He was showing me his faves and the only one that I kinda liked probably because I did ok at it was FALL OUT 3. The xbox seemed to be the only thing he wanted to do, and had seen some terriable things from going to war. Got to try, and liked the superbike game, atv vs mx and also pure. Liked them enough to buy myself a Xbox 360 with the fancy (crappy) kinect and a Gold membership, whatever that is, for christmas. I hooked it up and my first day of Gold membership is Jan. 1st of 2012. Didn't know you could download games until March and That is about the time I got TRIALS HD and the funny thing about that was that it was on disc. I found the triple pack with limbo and blow up whatever clearanced at the local Target store. Played TRIALS HD first and liked it but was really turned off with the sloppy unrealism of the riding and the way the tire never seemed to hook up when there should be traction. Played on maybe a dozen tracks for a couple days and didn't go back to it until attempting the achievement to get the donkey on EVO.
I got EVO maybe May or June after it came out and really got sucked into the game. That's that. I feel pretty good that I got to top 1,000 global and 600's w/ DLC.
