Problem Starting the game. | Forums

So I recently bought Trials Gold Edition a couple of days ago. I was really wanting to get playing it, so after installing it and clicking to play- it says: 'Unable to locate UPlay- Please reinstall UPlay'

So I thought, okay I'll need this to play Trials, so I download it, install it and unlock my Cd Key. But when I try to play the game again through that, it keeps saying its unable to find Uplay.

Anyone willing to help?

In what format did you buy it?

- on Disc from a shop
- from Steam
- from Ubisoft

Which ever version you bought the Uplay client "should" be included.

If you changed the install path (for Uplay) it may not work there's a post around here which mentions altering the Uplay installation path can cause "issues". See here: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...o-Gold-Problem last post

Try reinstalling the whole game, which should include a re-install of Uplay, and see if that fixes it.
