What do you care more about your tracks? | Forums

There have been some pretty much people gone away from trials, and I want to know what do you care more on your track? # of downloads or # of ratings, and was it also before you did care?

What I care was always # of ratings, could be just because the ratings are shown bigger than downloads, but now I hope that everyone that plays my track rates.

Neither.

With all the crap that gets in the top rated sections all the damn time, downloads and ratings are meaningless. Its all about the leaderboard battles.

ratings over downloads any day, ratings mean they enjoyed your track, downloads mean they downloaded it and didnt even like it enough to bother to rate or they simply watched a video and thought na i dont need to play this, Ratings mean they played it and liked it or played and didnt like it either way it at least gives you some kind of feedback, downloads mean sh#t, could literally just have a nice screen shot or cool name making people dl it but if they dont rate it then it means nothing

Neither, because it's a bit one sided and wel really i don't really make tracks for that, i make because i enjoy it or like the feedback pos or neg, i've had loads of ****ty rated and downloaded tracks, so it don't even matter( but i suppose my old tracks were kinda ****ty anyway lol )
