If I were to simply upload replays with the ingame tools, they'd be laggy, choppy, have no commentary and have no separation of key elements. It's troublesome

Well, you can just save the vid without uploading it, but yeah, laggy is probably the major problem.
I saw TheBlazeJP streamed (can't actually remember if it's on his stream too or just his replays he uploads) with visual controller input on the screen that doesn't look like the ingame one. Maybe he can help you with this.

That, as far as I know, is a function of his streaming software. I was looking for something similar in my editing software but no luck so far.

It's a live function, It works in real time no delays.
I wouldn't have any problems helping you out in that department, Only thing I will mention Is i don't know how busy I will be getting with the WC 13.
I'm actually getting on and streaming at random times atm, Not at home that much during the days.

By the way very nice job on the ninja technique tutorials.
