Your previous thread was deleted because of the language. Not the fact that you are posting another thread about a known issue instead of using the already existing thread.

This issue is being investigated. It's not a "10 minute fix" unless we just reset your score to zero on all of the tracks. If you really want your score fixed, then, right now, that's the best option. The leader boards are certainly important to us, and this is why we stopped recalculations after yours had a result that was not expected. We are still investigating what caused the issue.

I can have your score reset tomorrow if you would like. That would stop you receiving friend requests and messages about your incorrect score and, after you play each track again, would most likely result in a Global rank that is not incorrect. Though, without knowing exactly why the recalculation incorrectly adjusted your score, it might have no effect at all.

My legit global score is in my signature. The global spreadsheet that many of people use to keep track of their times is insanely accurate. I've been using it since I hit the top 100 and my score had been spot on between the spreadsheet and my global score on the game. Spreadsheet doesn't lie.

While that is most likely the case it doesn't really help out in this situation. We cannot just log into the servers and manually enter your scores for each track. It is done automatically, unless we manually set it to recalculate, and that is why we are investigating. Even manually setting it to recalculate doesn't give me the ability to alter the scores you have on the tracks.

The only "quick" option I have right now, and it wouldn't even be until tomorrow, would be to reset your scores, which would, unfortunately, put you in last place in the world.

If they figured out how to fix it they would have it fixed. They obviously have not determined the exact cause of the problem yet.

Obviously investigating the cause, isolating it and correcting it has taken that long so far. So in this insatnce, yes it does mean its a "30+ day fix", otherwise it would have been corrected by now. Its already been stated that it is being investigated and that the LBs are important to RL. Being facetious/trolling isnt going to make things happen any faster and is more likely to end up in warnings being handed out.

Clearly this is not an ideal situation. But the issue raised has been addressed and responded to. There really isnt much else that RL can say or do until they have found a solution.
