At the Xb1 forums they've announced all 15 games for this year, and I didn't saw it on any other sites, and it was announced at may 25.
Here are the 15 games, but it's not everything exclusive as said in the conference:

Assassin's Creed 4
Battlefield 4
Call of Duty: Ghosts
Destiny
Dying Light
FIFA Soccer 14
Forza Motorsport 5
Madden 25
NBA Live 14
Need for Speed Rivals
Quantum Break
Ryse
Thief
EA Sports UFC
Watch Dogs

What do you think about these games?

I think I can get most of those on the PS4 as well. So it doesnt really help inform my decision a great deal. But that may well change come E3, who knows!

Interactive movie, shooter, shooter, shooter, zombie game, sports, racing, sports, sports, racing, movie, kinect, interesting in Thief, sports, interested in Watch dogs.

I am only interested in Destiny, kind of, Thief, a little, Watch Dogs, a little. So the two exclusives are Ryse, a Kinect game and Quantum Break, a CG animated trailer where you crash boats. There is absolutely nothing in this list that screams, buy and Xbox, buy an Xbox. If this is the full list, this will be the official American dudebro's and middle aged parents with toddlers' console.

I'm not impressed with that list at all. Most of those games will also be on PS4 and some even on the PS3/ Xbox 360.

This is the first time in my life that I haven't been excited for the next generation of consoles. I doubt E3 will change that.

Right now, I'm more excited by the thought of buying a PS3 to play The Last of Us than the thought of the xbone. And I'm slightly ambivalent towards the PS4 as I dont know enough about it yet. I'm guessing E3 will make us all either excited about a console or considering getting neither tbh. I'm really hoping its the former. :S

Microsoft said that there will be 15 EXCLUSIVE games in the first year, not 15 games. That list is not accurate, more will be announced.
