Could somebody explain me how the retargeter glitch was done to change the colors of object we couldn't.

they fixed that in a patch afaik

it used to be done with color event->retargetor->retargetor->object

Yes and yes, look at Lumberjack the RoD tracks, some of those wood pieces can only be coloured using this glitch :/

Yep, take a good look at Black Site, Backwaters, and Dystopia as well.

I think RedLynx used this glitch at "Adrenalin Fair" on OoP with red RedLynx boxes. The base color is blue of this object and you cannot colorize it except with the retargeter glitch.

some objects have two colours even though you can only select one, you can find this out by using the colour event on the object

then how did they do the red RedLynx boxes on that track where there are no red RedLynx boxes?

(and it wouldn't be done with any event or trigger, because you already see them red before the track starts)

Those are one of the rare objects not available in the game because they are the boxes that have ads in some other country and obviously they don't want them to be used as doorstops or something.
