Personally it's GTA 5, because it has a world bigger then skyrim, the game seems to have endless content, the three characters all seem interesting, all the info so far has been great. Watch dogs seems so friggin ambitious though. It is so detailed, the idea for the game is very innovative. My guess is that GTA 5 will be the best game for 2013 and watch dogs will be a close second. What's you guys' thoughts?
For me it's going to be GTA 5.
I am looking forward to Watch Dogs, think it's going to be a really good game.
Isn't watch dogs ps3 exclusive? If it is like I think, then it's GTA all the way. I'm so spiked for that game!!!
Nope all consoles, designed for next gen though.....http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/861079-Watch-DogsOriginally Posted by CrowsBeak
Ah. Well I won't be getting a next gen console for awhile, so it's still GTA all the way. (Even though watchdogs will be released on current gen)Originally Posted by Barrybarfly
Yeah I want that game so bad for a next gen console, but money lulz.Originally Posted by Barrybarfly
I'll go ahead and be that guy. I am sick of GTA. I played the hell out of, and got bored with, Grand Theft Auto during GTA3 and none of the follow ups has been different enough to make me say "This game is amazing" since then.
I could not be more indifferent to GTAV at all.
Watch Dogs is different enough, to me, that I have been keeping an eye out for any info that I can find.
ubi-bias ^
I think Watch Dogs will be hurt by GTA, its going to be compared to it often and I cant imagine it will ever be in a positive way. I think the hacking gameplay mechanic will be more of a pre-scripted gimmick than a seamless intuitive new feature.. and the story, environment and characters will be nowhere near the level of what Rockstar always produce.
I want Watch Dogs with a GTA storyline. I can haz?![]()
I didn't work for RedLynx/Ubisoft when I skipped San Andreas, Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories, GTA IV, The Lost and The Damned, or The Ballad of Gay Tony.Originally Posted by WILLYUMZ
IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, it's a bit like CoD, it's been done. It's been done quite a bit and it hasn't changed enough in the last 12 years (since GTA3) to warrant the hype that it receives. I played the crap out of GTA3 for over a year straight. I tried out GTA4 and couldn't do anything but think, "wow, it's the same thing".
The gun mechanics are only just adequate, the driving is nothing special, and sometimes the stories are super convoluted. GTA, to me, doesn't seem to be much more than a reskin of GTA3, which I became bored with 12 years ago.
