I was looking at other lists, but I don't wanna be swayed lol I'm totally going to get a bunch of games. No particular order


Rock Band (franchise)
Trials (HD & Evo)
Super Meat Boy
Peggle
Bejeweled 3
Hexic 2
Poker Smash
Forza
A few bond games


I think I got gimped in this generation because I mostly ONLY played Rock Band and Trials, but took up YEARS of gameplay and are hands down two of the greatest franchises ever!

Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon

Oh man, how could I forget that? FC3 blew me away, especially after the patch were you could reset the bases.

Blood Dragon kicked me in the teeth with a spiked-steel-toed boot of awesome sauce.

modern warfare 1 - to 1 real evolution of Call of Duty 3
black ops - ZOMBIE again it's a real novelty
Pinball FX2 - I almost all trays pinball, shame I can not play in my toilet (quietly)
trials and HD EVOLUTION - for enormous level of creativity but also playability
Full House Poker - it's the best! it feels like a real table (atmosphere, multiplayer competition)

I'm sure that when GTA 5 will come out it will be the best current gen game, if not the best of all time.

With the PS4 having been announced and the next Xbox being announced in less than 2 weeks, I think it's time for reflection. What have been your top 5 favorite games of this generation (Wii, Xbox 360 and PS3)? For me, it's (in no particular order):

1. Gears of War 3
2. Rock Band 3
3. Condemned: Criminal Origins
4. Dead Space 2
5. Trials Evolution (of course)
