I had a good feeling you would place. Nice job on second.
Released a new track, a (mostly) high-speed ninja called Reach for the Sky. Bring your braketap to spin faster in the air
Hopefully it's not too laggy, kinda painted myself into a corner with my build so I had a hard time optimizing stuff :<
Also I want to thank those who helped test: ikki59, psycad, bassline001, ConfusedMuscles.
Feedback helped me fix stuff and make some things more interesting, so cheers for that!
Edit: Added a Youtube link of my platinum run to the first post.
Nice to see you uploaded it. Haven't been trying ninja's that much because usually I don't get past the first obstacle lol, but yours might be on my skill level since I managed to pass some checkpoints and yeah it's a really cool track. Nicely doneOriginally Posted by Eddeman![]()
Trevligt att se en svensk aktiv. The Wetland var riktigt nice, har inte hunnit prova någon av de andra ännu.
Going to give your track another try today. Hopefully I can shake some of the rust off and put a decent run in.
Well, finally passed it. Got down to about 25 faults I think. I feel like the checkpoint before the one at the top of the dropdown is placed wrong. I couldn't consistently make it over to the ramp to get up onto the incline. I kept getting annoyed at the next cp too. I would get to the last ramp before the jump up to fender grab and my tires would just stick to the ramp and make me fall. Just got to me a bit because that checkpoint is so damn long, haha. The track looks really nice though man.
Hm maybe I'm dumb but I couldn't figure out if you meant the first fenderhook checkpoint or the one after the tower, so let me know and I'll have an answer![]()
The one after the tower. The final ramp, sometime I would just crash when I landed. On the ramp. Also I've got beef with the final obstacle of your track. It has killed so many great runs, lol. I couldn't land consistent on the ramp before the backtire bounce part. I kept overshooting it or coming up short.Originally Posted by Eddeman

The final ramp there all depends on how far back on the ramp you hit since the curve of the ramp is so tight.Originally Posted by ConfusedMuscles
I found it most consistent to have the nose almost pointing at the ground when hitting far back and less so when landing on the slope part.
It's not always easy to tell when you're going down there at a million miles an hour though lol.
With a bit more space between the walls there I could have made a ramp with a less tight curve which should have fixed it.
The last one is probably easiest from the checkpoint'm very consistent from that position at least) so in a 0-fault speedrun it's a bit hard to hit yeah.
The checkpoint before the tower should probably have been moved back a bit since it's easier when coming from the previous one (or backing up as a lot of people did).
Ya just little small things, nothing major. Next time you should use a wider variety of pieces besides metal ramps.Originally Posted by Eddeman![]()
