    Can't connect; Please help

    I bought the game a couple days ago to play with my friend, and I can play singleplayer fine, but if I try to do anything online, it says I'm not connected, even though I'm talking on skype fine. The activation button under options is greyed out, and whenever I get a popup through Uplay to enter the code, it says that it is invalid, but it's straight from steam, help?

    Hello, I've got a few questions about your issue, so any of this that you can answer would be great:

    1) Has this issue been present since the first time you launched Trials Evolution Gold Edition?
    2) Have you made sure that Trials Evolution Gold Edition is not blocked by your firewall or anti-virus software?
    3) Can you access Track Central or post times to the online Leaderboards?
    4) Can you see your friends through Uplay?

    If you are able to play the full single player game then your key should already be in use by you, so it should say "This key has been used" or something similar (sorry, I am not at a PC where I have Trials installed, so I can't get the exact phrase).

    My game has always given me the message about an invalid code so I guess that's what it prints out when you insert a code you're already using.

    1) Yes, it has
    2) Yes, I have disabled my firewall and AV and tried, but to no avail
    3) No
    4) I can see my friend, get in a party, and he has tried inviting me to a private multiplayer match of Trials Evo, but I clicked it and it disappeared but my Trials did nothing

    I can play the full single player mode, so I guess it's not the key then. I have also DMZ'd my computer so I do not believe the issue is ports being unavailable.

    Greetings,

    When going to play a track there is a mini-leaderboard on the right;

    - is this populated with times from people on your friends list?
    - if you have completed the track is your time shown there, or is your time shown when you view the track leaderboard by pressing (Y) on an Xbox controller?

    I see no leaderboard at all, not even my own time.

    I have the same problem but I can see the leaderboards. I bought the game mainly for the downloadable tracks but it´s impossible to up- or download anything .

    Hello there,

    I just bought yesterday the game , after fighting with u play to activate the game all last night till it patched and recognized my activation key which I bought from steam.

    Now i have another issue ... the game doesnt seam to be connected to the server , it says in Uplay that i own the game and shows my cd key but my friends told me that in his friends list I appear not to own it.
    I cannot connect to anything at all could you please help me find a solution for this , its already being very frustrating since it banned me twice yesterday night for 1 hour each time for overtyping an incorrect cd key that i have just bought.
