This is why we need a blacklist on TC. Play the track once, rate it 1*, blacklist the guy and never see anything of his again. Please, RedLynx...
Sorry guys, that's my girlfriend's 8 year old son. I'll have a chat to the little bugger and make sure he doesn't do it again. It's weird, because he usually likes making his own stuff.
Please don't ban him! I'm trying to get him off bloody Minecraft and on to Trials.
No one's gonna ban him. We'd just like to have a feature to filter out people who do that kind of stuff all the time. Not saying he does but that track is a good example.Originally Posted by Defoliator
Blacklisting i dont agree with though
Say someone releases 1 bad track out of 5... then his time is over.
I don't see a problem with blacklisting. If I don't want to see what tracks a person releases, it only affects me. I'd most likely never play anything from him again anyway so it's not harmful to the TC.Originally Posted by Hazard
The problem with blacklisting is that you may play there first track that is garbage, but maybe two months later, they are releasing high quality tracks, Now you will never see these good tracks that they are releasing because you blocked them because their first track sucked.
It would be much more beneficial to have a subscription feed so that you can see all the creators you like and you can add new creators when you find someone else good.
yes but then for that one person who maybe made a few mistakes i feel its a little harsh because that cuts down more views in the future. Say you release a track.. and you make one little mistake that frustrates everyone.. then for that person its going to be over for the future tracks, see what i mean?
YupOriginally Posted by LukeMSkithat would be the solution i would imagine, makes it fair for the creators as well, just like ''new trials, highest rated 48h'' then ''favorites'' blah blah blah, would make sense.
The best way would be to lock these RedLynx example tracks for uploading, but you can still make favorites in these.
edit: and delete the uploaded ex tracks from TC!
