I'm just curious...I want to make rash assumptions about how you guys think, why you are as good at trials as you are, and analyze your tracks etc. based on this question.

Poll doesn't include ambidextrous, I feel most people who use that aren't actually ambis.

Dominant right hand, can do almost everything with the left though (Except throw a ball and play frisbeegold. What's with that, brain?).

The only thing I can use my left hand for that my right hand cant, is play Guitar Hero.

I do lots of things right handed as well. Handling knives, or any relatively small objects, like scissors, pouring drinks, etc. I play guitar in the standard "right handed" way. I seem to use my left side for writing, kicking, throwing, and punching; anything with strength. If its finesse and dexterity, right handed.

I'm fairly good at using both sides for lots of things, but not good enough that I'd consider myself truly ambidextrous.

You lefties all seem to be a little ambidextrous .. you do some tasks with different hands. Most lefties seem to be a wired in that way. Similarly (but I'd say more uniquely, I'm right handed but also use my left for many other things. I brush my teeth with my left, play tennis with my left (well both but prefer my left), can bowl with either. Can't throw with my left though. I can write left handed even though it's not as neat, but I'd just put this down to lack of practice.
