Microsoft will reveal the next Xbox on May 21.

The event will have a global stream on Xbox.com, Xbox Live and Spike TV (US and Canada). No word yet if the Xbox 360 Pizza Hut app will also stream the event.

"On that day, we'll share our vision for Xbox, and give you a real taste of the future. Then, 19 days later at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles, we'll continue the conversation and showcase our full lineup of blockbuster games," said Xbox's community guru Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb.

The event is titled "A New Generation Revealed" and will occur at Microsoft's Redmond, Washington, campus on Tuesday, May 21 at 1PM Eastern (10AM Pacific, 6PM UK).

I won't be getting it but I'm curious to see what games they are planning to release it with.

If many of the rumors arn't true i'll prob be getting it, i haven't been judging the new xbox yet, i only wait for official infomation, am pretty excited. (if it don't suck)

im ready . tried a bit of pc gaming recently and i can honestly say its crap .it made me remember why i jacked it in for console . to many conflicts /crashes/updates . i just uninstalled bf3 on pc as i spent more time fixing it than playing .. roll on new xbox im on in .and i don't usually get suckered in at the launch . but im getting old and i dont care anymore

Although I'm an Xbox-fanboy I will switch to the other side (Playstation) if this always-online thing is true, or I'm just generally dissapointed in the console itself.
