A thing that is plain frustrating about Track Central for me
First of all, I must say I'm not good at this game, I'm pretty average/sucky actually, I don't play this game to do fancy tricks or bunny hops or whatnot, I play it because I like riding bikes accross simple tracks with good segments where you can actually get some speed, jumps off ramps, do flips, you know, newbie stuff.
Now about my problem about Track Central. Every now and then I go and download some tracks, Begginer, Easy, Medium. I instantly avoid Hard/Extreme tracks since I know I would just give up out of frustration. I go on the tracks I downloaded to play, and instead of getting the nice tracks with speedy fragments I get tracks where I get stuck in one spot because I am not able to do a certain trick.
It's like the people that make tracks classify the difficulty based on the Trials pros, who can 0-fault Extreme tracks or whatever else pros do. I always find Easy maps that should actually be classified as Medium/Hard, or Medium maps which should be Hard/Extreme.
Why can't people classify the difficulty of their track around the average player, like Redlynx did with the Singleplayer tracks?
(This doesn't always happen, but it does mostly. I'm just generalizing.)

Yae! I get what you are saying and totally agree! Sometimes when I feel this way not being able to play tracks I just burden myself by making my own tracks to share on track central that might not be awesome spectacular tracks, but are at least easier than most of those T.C. to kinda defuse and ease the burden of others in the same boat. I find making tracks is hard work sometimes and it takes loads of time, but if you make a really good track it could take top spot of the week and even get some nice responces from people.

Hey dude check out my track called Naughty by Nature. It is easy difficulty, and yes it really is easy.
Video of it is in my track thread.

I think most people who build aren't aware that they have to set the difficulty of their track. They leave it on medium because they think that was the difficulty set for their track, I don't know, that's how it seems.
You should almost ignore the difficulty and just pay attention to the faults/time people have. After a while names become familiar and judging difficulty becomes easier.
