If I wanted to change computers but keep all my progress & medals, how would I do that? Can I do that? What files would I copy over? I bought the game on Steam and have a Windows 8 computer.

Make a backup of this folder :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames

The progress is automatically saved to cloud storage after each time you play (if you have the cloud save synchronization enabled in uplay settings) so there's nothing else to it than just running the game on another computer.
