I'm pretty well educated in trials editor but can't figure out how to create a cut scene for when you fault...PLEASE HELP
Check this tutorial by dasraiser https://docs.google.com/folder/d/0B4...L4C4u9SuqYUDGE
It will show you how to make crash cameras through the track. Then you just need to add the animation for each camera using the camera event's event filter.![]()
Ok I'm still a bit confused...I want one cut scene for the entire track...no actual animation...just a still frame when u fault...any other info so I can make this work?
Player event trigger set to crash. Targets a camera event linked to a custom camera showing the shot you want.![]()
So I don't need the generic filter right?
Nope, do what Barry said.Originally Posted by DoloStar
That was it???? I feel like an amateur! Lol thank you!!! Now I will add animation like u said.
Sometimes the easiest stuff feels like it should take way more work and vice versa.![]()
Ok everything works perfect....except one thing...let me explain...during the crash cam a helicopter (fully functional) takes off...using object position events and for the choppers rotors physics joints...it works perfect except a second after take off the propellers freeze and the choppers body keep going...how do I fix that? I've tried adjusting the cameras range but no good...please help...it's so close to perfection
It could be a few different things so its difficult to say for sure, but as my first guess I'm going to say that in the curve data source that controls the propeller rotation maybe you haven't checked the looping box, so it is stopping after the duration of the curve.Originally Posted by DoloStar
