Anyone else on the sit do any kind of lifting or excercises? I'm pretty passonate about bodybuiding mixed with some powerliftng. Some of my one rep maxes are listed below.
Bench Press: 240
Deadlift: 325
Squat: 295
Overhead Press: 155
Bench Press: 275
I used to lift back in high school, bout 5 years ago. Now i just do small exercises around the house and at work, like pushups, bicept curls, things like that.
I never did max reps, we would have goal weights and just rep that weight as many times as possible.
Bench 225 14 times
Squat 225 29 times
I've never bothered to go higher than that because those were the weight requirements the football team required of us. We would just rep them as many times as possible
Squat: 440 lbs
Leg Press: 1150 lbs
Dead Lift: 350
Bench: 220 lbs ( have a busted left rotator cuff so anything over 220 makes my shoulder pop out, so i just go light and strict )
Im an old has been who just trains for leisure these days
Note: these are my set weights 8-12 reps not single lifts.
Bench: 60Kg - was my highest ( Don't know lb)

I only used the rowing machine in the gym.
I used to push a 1200kg car for training and had made my own weights to wrap around my arms and legs for punching and kicking. 7,5 kg per arm 10 kg per leg.
Not that much weight but my punches and kicks became rly fast after a while.
I used to be a gym rat. I would lift a few, then hit the court, play hoops for hours. I used to be able to touch the rim with both hands, almost could dunk with one. I miss those days... now its nothin heavier than a controller or a burrito.
