It's been weeks without a update to this game, which is really needed, and pretty much all I can say now that I pretty much wasted $20 on a game that doesn't work. Please hurry and make my $20 worth it.

Well they're working, but no one knows how much will it take to fix everything. It's kinda sad, because the community is small and that is killing this game popularity.
Hopefully when they've made this game run great. Then we can all be happy, buy the DLC when it comes out and play for years.

Plenty was fixed during the beta. Remember how long it took to save your times? Fixed. Loads of people,
including myself, reported minor bugs in the appropriate part of the forum, and they were fixed.
It's frustrating to pay for something that doesn't work. Unfortunately as games and gaming systems get more
complicated and diverse that's getting to be the norm. RL will get it going as soon as they can, and in hindsight
this will not be the crisis that it seems to be at the moment. Hang in there!

We are working on a new patch that addresses many multiplayer and performance issues. We do not yet have a release date for this patch but will share it as soon as it is further along in the certification process.
We are also still collecting data on open issues to further improve the game. If you have experienced a crash at any point send the crash dump to support@redlynx.com with crash in the subject. Crash dumps can be found here:

Today I noticed the multiplayer leaderboards have been reset and matchmaking seems to be working much faster. "Quick Match" is still broken though.
