I watched the speed build and i have some feedback, using seed buildings wasn't the most reasonable choice, have you noticed how fast the complexity bar filled up when you expanded the warehouse? Putting all the objects you'll need to make it as detailed as the original will probably make it lag or there's even a chance you will fill the complexity bar before finishing the track.
I know it's a bit frustrating having to use the single wall pieces but you will have better framerate, much less screen tearing and a track that is a lot less heavy on complexity. Oh and if you reduce the Draw distance and max out the sky-fog level you can make it look almost the same as the original, and you won't even need some walls in the bigger rooms as there would be only fog in the background.
Just wanted to post some feedback because i loved this track in HD and I'd love to see a good remke of it.
