Ever since I made Avast Fluttershy 7 months ago, people have been constantly pestering me to make another song. One of the songs that was requested the most was Rainbow Factory by WoodenToaster, the same guy that did the original Avast Fluttershy. Butthem.
New song called Lavender Town! It's the town music that plays in Lavender Town in the original Pokemon Red/Blue games. Here's the original song.
I'm extremely disappointed in how few people played the track. I've had a friend request every day because of Avast Fluttershy. I FINALLY make a new song and only 7 of my friends play it. It's already disappeared off the Highest Rated 48h in Skill Games and it's nowhere under the Week, so could you guys please check it out and at least let me know why it's not as good as the other one and what I should be doing different?
My guess would be that people exit out of the track before the song finishes.
I would suggest creating something like a visual narrative while the song is playing to keep people occupied.
A lazier alternative would be to make an exit button so that people who choose to opt out before the song finishes are counted as having played the track.
By the way, five stars.
You should share your knowledge and techniques on how to create chiptunes.
you have brung back alot ov memorys when i heard that sound.
Maybe cause you were lazy on the visuals this time. Avast was way more interesting
I still loved it and gave 5*!
5 stars when i can get back on trials 4 sure
make a pure trials track and im sure u will make the highest rated this week thread.

The problem with making an actual track with a custom song in the back is that every time you press B, the song restarts too. I could make a survival type skill game so the idea is to do well so you can hear the rest of the song (not unlike The Impossible Game), but, believe it or not, I'm really bad at coding.Originally Posted by StevieBoiENG
I was really fond of the animation in Lavender Town but I wish there was more to it. I kept watching, hoping that thing (Jigglypuff?) from the track thumbnail would show up. Still, catchy tune and awesome retro animation. I gave it 5*
