[Sorry for the poor in-game video quality, I used the maximum settings but never comes out nicely. I am working on a way to capture footage in HD like I do for xbox]

Got to say i don't play much 450 track but this has a very nice driving line, very smooth.
Also looks great with nice effects.

Can I ask one of you guys how you do the snowing effect,
I'm getting in to track building and would like to know as it would fit the theme of my track

Select the blue camera following your rider, then go to setting and put on the cold filter. Also toggle on the setting that makes the camera effect on always.

    Ok thanks that helped.
But what about the snow on the ground is that just plain dirt, sand or what terrain?
Also offcourse nickrev managed to make his awesome track actually "snow", Figuring that out would be cool also

I am actually working on a snow track right now. I am figuring out stuff as I go. So far I have used the cold filter and the dust effect for snow. I use area affected to push the particles down so it looks like it is snowing. Are you building on trials gold?

I want to build on gold because it looks so much user friendly,
I'm used to using engines and editors at University with a mouse and keyboard

Ive been persuaded to do a track on xbox though first,
To be honest id much prefer using the mouse

The only thing that concerns me about the PC is the current player base,
But I will build on there more to be honest

    Re: Frigid Frost - nickrev

On my Cold Peak track I had dust particles with physics "falling" and following the rider with OPE, also it's pretty annoying to get snow on the ground as there's no "white" coloring to ground texture (white=default color) so Sand5 is closest I got and also the biggest area.

    Updated with pic

    Impulse interval 20 (0.333 seconds).
OPE position linked to the camera point in front of rider X Y Z
3 Floating dusts variation 4 with physics enabled
Sand 5 texture with fairly bright light and cold filter

Of course this all can be tweaked to the desired effect.

    Spoiler:  Show
