how about repling if we can get a refund? i paid money for a broken game, and no fix's have come about other than a stupid notion of "disable hardware or turn down settings" . the stupid thing about this is the whole "optimized for PC bulls**t" its a pure copy paste from the crapbox version.Originally Posted by JonneHu

I can't believe he just said thatmust be young.. Or immature.
People have already answered "go ask steam" so why not give that a try? O.o
You will need to ask either Steam or Uplay, depending on where you purchased, about a refund. Jonne is not able to issue you one as the game was not purchased from the RedLynx store front.
I've been asking both Steam and Uplay for 2 month. They won't give us a damn thing. I've accepted the L and I'm just never buying another Redlynx game again. GL with your future releases
Because it's totally their fault that retailers don't refund you, right? Right?Originally Posted by ReeG
No but it is their fault for basically abandoning support and not providing any further updates and also not making any effort to work with Steam or Uplay to compensate fans with some kind of bonus for what they know was an atrocious launch for a bad port. At least give us some free DLC or something to make up for what everyone knows now is a messOriginally Posted by InquisitorFIN
You know there are game demos for most games, including this one, right? So if you have a crappy video card, why would you ever just straight-up BUY a modern 3D game without trying the demo first?
Live and learn I guess.
FWIW, I have the standard GTX 660 video card overclocked and get pure 60fps with max settings on 1080p (on a 96" theatre screen with nice 7.2 surround sound setup)
it depends only people you have in front of you when you bring your game, if a seller refuses to refund you go to another (another day, another time, when the first is gone, otherwise the message Attention turns it tries to get a refund!)
I posted this thread a while back, and I am still a bit miffed. I pre-ordered Trials Evolution, before the demo was released, so I could not test anything before I bought, and I thought that my laptop could handle the game fine. Then I learned about my computer's crappy integrated chipset during the fiasco that followed.
Slightly off topic, is there a way to replace a laptop chipset? How hard is it to do? My folks (myself included) are not too keen about taking a computer apart. I'd take it in to have the job done, but I have no other computer to use, and I need my laptop every day.
