Lost all my medals/saves
So I played the singleplayer for a bit yesterday, got some medals.
Today I start the game up again, all my medals are gone. But my times aren't, I still see my times in the leaderboards, also I see myself race when I do a track.
I have tried to recover saves, but I don't have 2 folders with old/new saves. I just have one folder.
It saved my times somewhere, so my medals should be somewhere as well I think.
The only 262 folder I have, has some config files in it.
It really looks like it just lost my medals and thats it, it even shows me when I'm driving slower than before...

Re: Lost all my medals/saves
did you install the full version of ubisoft software?
If so it might have moved the save file. I know mine did.

Re: Lost all my medals/saves
Im not sure, it just installed this crappy Uplay, even though I didn't want that crap. I thought it would just be a steam game. If I start Uplay up instead of steam it doesn't even recognize I have the game.

Re: Lost all my medals/saves
Just look in the
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\data
If there are two folders one might be the old save file and the other folder the new one. They did an upgrade the other day that created a new save folder. Just copy the older file to the new directory location and try again.
Backup the other file just in case this doesn't work.

Check
My Documents\Ubisoft\Trials Evolution Gold Edition\SavedGames
as well.

Re: Lost all my medals/saves
Checked the my documents folder, it wasn't there. In the data map there are some things indeed.
However, in the meantime I went and got everything again, didn't feel like waiting. But that's where the saves seem to be GameScrub, so thanks anyway!

Re: Lost all my medals/saves
Greetings,
Same thing happened to me... disabled cloud sync and replaced files with old ones from before first uplay update and got some medals back. However enabling cloud sync resulted in zero medals again. So just started again and last night took 22 seconds off my personal best on Classic so well chuffed.
