i pre ordered through UPlay and i tried to activate my code but only got a this code has already been used error and do not have any of the pre order goodies. plus i am on 1.02

I know, it's frustrating to not hear anything about it. I've lost all excitement about this game because logging on hoping my stuff is there and not ever getting it over and over... unfortunate launch experience for me. :/

Hey guys,

I haven't forgotten about you! It's just that most of the people who didn't have preorder items show up on Thursday/Friday were either looking in the wrong area, or hadn't updated their game, so that's what I have been asking people to do. It seems that there are people who are looking in the right areas, and have updated, but still aren't shown their content.

There haven't been many people in the office over the weekend, so I am submitting a report about this tonight so that I can try to get you guys more information about it. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I don't have any of the pre-order bonuses either (yes, i have the game updated to 1.0.2 and it has the Facebook logo thingy, but still nothing) :c

I would like to add that I have not received my pre-order bonus from uplay either.

What code?

When I pre-ordered through uplay I received an email confirming the pre-order, and it contained an "Activation Key" in larger, red letters/numbers.

I also tried the code I received in an email on 2/28 (though I only tried it a few days ago) in an email titled UBIShop - Product Now Available.

That code was labeled as "Digital Rights."

I'm not sure if this is what we're supposed to use, but both of mine also returned a "already been used" type of message.

I checked everywhere in the garage over and over and I just don't have categories for stuff like full costumes and bike makeovers, or bonus rims. I have 257 medals so I'm not a total noob or anything. Anyway, thanks for your response Shifty, and I really hope a developer helps us out on Monday.
