Hi,
At first it is my PC specification:
Operating system: Windows 7 32 bit
Procesor: Pentium Dual-Core E5300 @ 2.60GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 3gb RAM
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT (512 mb)
Drivers are newest.

In game i'm playing with everything OFF or LOW.
Resolution 640x320.
And when I'm playing I don't have even 30 Frames Per Second.

Is it any fix how to have more FPS in game ?
Please Help.

Trials Evolution: Gold Edition was designed to run at 60 frames per second, so the refresh rate is capped to 60hz as well. This is to make sure that the game is running optimally, and fairly, for all players.

You English is perfectly understandable, but it seems as if your CPU does not meet the minimum specs:
PROCESSOR: Intel Core®2 Duo E6700 @ 2.6 GHz (Quad-core Intel or AMD CPU recommended)

You may get better performance by closing all other programs, but I don't know how much of an increase in performance you will see.

Here is a benchmark for your CPU vs the minimum Intel CPU.

My bad. In that case, I'm afraid I dont have a helpful answer. Sorry. Hopefully someone else may have better PC knowledge and will be able to offer some advice.

And i have one more question.
In my documents/ubisoft/trials evolution gold edition/config/ is file named conf_graphic.

Here what is inside:

Can i add some new lines to get more fps ?
On example: <shadows="0"/> ?
Unfortunately this one doesn't work.
