    Can not connect to any online content

    Hi,

    bought my game through steam and am online in steam and uplay.
    When i start the game in uplay and try multiplayer or tracks it tells me to connect to a server.
    i've disable my antivir and firewall (even though trials is enabled anyway) for testing but no change.
    Any suggestions?

    Btw: saw this on steam and got so excited that i bought it right away...if i would only have realized it requires uplay i would never ever buy this

    fixed it, sorry my bad. anyone having the same issue and a general dislike of the ubisoft drm check if you put in in your hosts file a long time ago

    in deinem windows system32 verzeichnis gibt es eine datei namens hosts (einfach suchen), mit texteditor pruefen ob du irgendetwas ubi related auf deine lokale loopback umgeleitet hast. falls ja loeschen und speichern.

    He went to:

    C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

    and removed the part that was blocking Ubisoft.
