I think I've found a fix ( I'm dowloading the update now) Go to programfiles (x86) then to ubisoft. Then to trials evolution gold edition, then press trials_launcher.

Anyone know a fix yet? I haven't played this since March 18th or something due to completely losing interest since the progress is gone.

'll probably redo it when drinking with a friend but still, not sure when that'll happen or at least not when we'll play it at the same time)
