Is it possible to make a party with a friend and join a random multiplayer game or search for random players?
Or can we only play private or random? Would be bad...

yes..you and your friends can join online MP, or private..just invite them to your game once you go to the MP search.

Thx for your answer. We have the problem that i can invite my friend to a party in uplay. In UPlay he is in my group but isn´t switched to the group ingame.

Well we play the PC version and it doesn´t work for us. In multiplayer i can invite him to my party but then the "find race" gets grey and we are only able to play private.
When i try to invite him inside "find race" he isnt switched from Uplay to my ingame group.
I think it doesn´t work yet.

ah right..sorry,i thought you were talking about xbox... as for PC gold trials, i have no idea..

There is a way. You have to press find race at the same time
