Alright I've gotten the bonuses+ the patches. I still get some heavy lag at times. I'm a isolated case or is this a common problem?

So apparently my version is 1.0.0.1, even after downloading what should have been the patch. Isn't this supposed to be 1.0.0.2 and how to I get the update if it is?

Edit: Okay, so I have 1.0.2 actually but my activation key doesn't work and I don't have any of my pre-order items...

I've got this too. The framerate isn't the problem (it stays above 50+ pretty much always for me on High), it's that if my framerate drops even ONE FRAME below 60 fps, it causes massive stuttering and looks like a slideshow (looks like 20 FPS or lower, even though Fraps says like 57)

I've posted about it (plus my specs/dxdiag) in the "[Bug Reports] Video Performance" thread on this forum, and on the Steam Discussions forum. Putting my settings on Low lets me have a constant 60 FPS and a smooth experience, but obviously that's not ideal. To test it out you can use an FPS limiter program like Dxtory or (apparently) the Nvidia control panel to limit your framerate to something below 60. Maybe it's just an AMD thing? I don't know.

This seems like a pretty serious bug (though maybe the 60 FPS requirement is just inherent to the game engine?), and I was really hoping this would be addressed in the Day 1 patch.

My specs (again):
Windows 8 64-bit
Phenom II X4 955 (3.2 GHz quad-core, stock clock)
Radeon HD 6770 1GB (13.3 beta driver, stock clocks, single card)
8GB DDR3 RAM
Seagate 2TB, 7200RPM mechanical hard drive
1x Acer 1920x1080 monitor

Edit: I made a video that showcases the problem. Even though Youtube is only 30 FPS, it still accurately conveys the stuttering I see.

Start the game from start menu->all programs->games->Trials evolution gold edition

There is no Trials in that folder.

Try this one instead:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TrialsPC\datapack\tri alsFMX.exe
