So, I was wondering if you guys would pay for user tracks if you were charged for them.
Let's start simple and say that well only include people with wrenches for now. So if ML wanted to he could charge let say 80-120 MSP and you would get 3 tracks from him. He would get the revenue. Would you guys buy these tracks? Or would you give up on TC if this happened?
I think if someone like ML or Dj released 3 ninjas for 120 MsP I woul buy it...
This will never happen but would you guys go for it?
Discuss!!
I don't think I would pay for it and I doubt there are many people who would...
Not sure..... probably not![]()
I wouldn't, and I would be 100% against giving icons to people who would charge for tracks. It goes against the whole meaning of the wrench.
When I say the wrench I just use them as an example because they are some of the best editors in the game. Anyone else charging for their tracks would be silly.
Also I'm kinda surprised by all the nos. Look at a game like rockband. You don't NEED the dlc but you buy it cos you're bored of the other songs. Same would happen to us I think. Especially for ninjas. Since ninja isn't even in SP.
The thing is that since it is user created content, it isn't the same as the company charging for things. Are you saying that you have too much money and want to pay for things that are already free. This is a horrible idea and shouldn't even be discussed in case Ubisoft gets any ideas.Originally Posted by ClutchMystaFlex

Wat? It's a complete impossibilty to do. You have no worries man. It's simply impossible and completely hypothetical.
And I have no money I'm 16. Lol
It's a question more than I discussion. I think most people will say no but if they were put into a choice of : No user content. Or 99cents for a small track pack. Keep in mind that some user content is on par with SP stuff. Some..
Well if we're throwing around Rock Band DLC.....RBN says hello lol Thats user created content you're charged for.Originally Posted by LukeMSki

I might pay like 100 MSP or something for a handful of really quality tracks, but no.
