Not sure how he has it so early but MotoGamesTV have recieved their steelbook copy of the game and have done an unboxing video. Here you go:

The back of the box shows a picture of the Eiffel Tower. I don't remember ever seeing that in-game, even in a custom map. I guess it was just an easrly example from Redlynx that never got released.
