As the title says I need experienced user created track riders to give my track a spin so I can gauge the medal times I've set and hopefully accrue some feedback so I can tweak the track in the finished version.

It isn't perfect but if you can find the flow it runs quite smoothly. Please feel free to leave feedback in here regarding anything to do with the track.
Thanks.
I'll do it, add me ( cris tan10 ) and I'll test it if you invite me.Originally Posted by Cormac
The track has been shared. You don't need friends and invites. Search my gamertag under creator, voila!
It has picked up some hits and my medal times seem quite accurate but what I need is feedback to make adjustments based on specific bikes. It was designed primarily for the Scorpion but the Phoenix and Banshee work too. Friend feedback has shown one Phoenix flaw and I've found a Banshee one.
I've tested the track quite extensively on the three bikes but I need people of varying skill levels to make proper adjustments. Come on people, give me 10 minutes!
Not a bad line, remove the object that can prevent speedruns+ make the line outta something that make sense ( eks don't put a bridge on a bridge) Also the background need a lot of work, and if you decide that you don't want the line to be on a bridge, use the area selector to move the DL to where you want it. I don't see much you can do with a brigde, but I'm sure you can figure something out.
Thanks for taking the time.
The background needs a lot of work because I haven't done anything to dress the stage in the version you have played. It is my first attempt at building a track so I focused on getting the driving line built out of fairly basic objects on a straight stretch of road. I have started to add some dressing to the stage but it is a learning process so will take time and practice. I did discover that there isn't much you can put on a bridge which doesn't seem out of place aside from cars, pipes, ducts and roadside objects such as cones, barrels and signs but I'm not going for ultra realistic or a themed track on my first attempt.
The slow sections after the bridge gap jump and before the finish line are intentional. Any throttle jockey can hold the trigger down for a minute but can he feather it or lay off the gas when needed? Those sections sort the men from the boys or the platinum riders from the gold!
I still appreciate your words even though I've basically argued my side anyway!
Does the difficulty seem fair for a Medium track?
Any comments about specific obstacles on specific bikes?
Edit:
The track shows as needing DLC on my console when I search for it but I specifically avoided using any DLC objects so anybody with the original game could play it. I've just looked over the track and DLC items and I can't see any in the track! Is there some way of checking for DLC items? Does it show as needing DLC for you guys too?
Also it says it has been downloaded nearly 2000 times. Is that individual user downloads or times the track has been played?
Edit 2:
I figured out it shows as needing DLC because I'd selected the Banshee as one of the bikes. I'll be removing it in the finished version.
Bump.
Is it possible to make changes to a track I already shared?
The game told me it wouldn't be possible so I saved the map twice and have been dressing the other save file. I downloaded Euphoric Fusion's Training Skill Games and looked over that thread and it sounds like he made changes after sharing the track but he only has one version of each under a search on his gamertag. What gives?
Not overly impressed with the community spirit towards my needs. Throw me a bone! Somebody....please.
If you are still in the testing stages it would be best in the future to just invite people to a private match. There you can load up your track without sharing it first. Once a track is shared it cannot be modified. In some special cases you MIGHT be able to get a shared track deleted, but for everyday stuff like this, I doubt it.Originally Posted by Cormac
I will check out your track and give you some feedback though!
Nearly 200 views and one piece of feedback! If this was a Ninja track or from an established community builder I imagine it would have gained a more positive response. As it is I'm assuming this community is too exclusive to be admitting new members.
Thanks for nothing guys (except you Chris Tan).
I'll finish the track regardless but I'll know better to look for help from you people next time.
Not really though, the standards today are just so damn high. You need to make something really impressive for people to be blown away, because so many good tracks has been made. And it sucks that no one wants to help you because your new to the forums, but thats just how it is, if you want you can add me ( cristinat-2611), invite me to a private match, and i'll test your track and give you feedback before it's release.Originally Posted by Cormac
It looks like you've answered a lot of your own questions judging from your edits you have made. Until you've made a few friends, its unlikely that many people will be willing to test a track that is still in the construction phase to be brutally honest. However, if you upload a track and ask people to try it then you will find that some people will go and download it i order to give you feedback on it.
I realise this may not be ideal, but as you are trying to learn, I'm sure you will get some feedback and advice that you can use in a second attempt, or second track. After all, most advice you recieve will likely be useful for any track.
In my opinion you have started the right way. A straight lineassume) and just the driving line. Deco is very important, but its generally the line that leads to replayabillity in a track. I would suggest you either move your track, or start a new one, and try to start to incorporate a little decoration as well. That way people can give you advice on a multitude of different things.
Hopefully you will find that people are more willing to provide feedback if they think you have made the effort to make an entire track, even if the deco is quite simple. Hope this helps in some way.
