Not 100% sure but I don't think you can. Your name is linked to your Uplay account and there is no way to change it.

The name that appears on the leaderboards is not my uplay account name its the name of my PC when i 1st i got it

It is the name of the user account you are using on windows, all local and no effect on LB scores

Yeah mines changed 2 it's bcoz all servers are offline and you can't change your uplay name already tryed LOL

As TheRealTeeHill said, your times at the moment will not be saved to the leaderboards. This is because the closed beta is finished and the servers handling leaderboard times and online play are currently offline. Come launch day, your name for posted times on the LBs will revert to your Uplay username.
