a trick used in some of the newish TC creationsOriginally Posted by Acritarch
im not 100% sure why this happens and the only suggestion i can think is to place an object along the seam or mash the edges of objects together, but even that may not cure the problem.
Snap tool works the same as snap to driveline. Its just a case of getting the right distance for any given object. For example, grab the concrete roof variation 2 and set the snap grid to 4m. Selct the roof as your target. Then try snapping other roof pieces around that piece using the snap tool. You'll soon grasp how it works.Originally Posted by smeghead89![]()
Forgive me because obviously I am by no means a skilled creator but that just seems like a hassle trying to set the grid for every object. Why can't you pull an object close to another and just hit snap and have the edges snap together. It would be nice if you could snap your cursor to any corner of an object and then move that object and snap it to another object. Maybe I am asking too much here. I use autocad everyday so I might be spoiled with having tons of snap options.Originally Posted by Barrybarfly

I'd like to understand the other functions of the object info data source. Position and angle are easy and we all use those, and others like hit points I've never used but I understand. But then there's ones like "side X,Y and Z". Not a clue how I would use these![]()
1 way of getting a cartoonish atmosphere is to have the main camera on a different effect then get a custom cam to further enhance the colours. Its an awesome method to get even stranger looking worlds. 1 of the things i really cant get is scoring? Getting accurate numbers so the bar doesnt exceed the line. I stink in math!Originally Posted by smeghead89![]()
