Hi all,
I'm currently in search of some people who are around my skill level in Trials PC to add to my friends list in UPlay. On Steam I'm normally 'that guy' who prefers only to have real life friends in the friends list (and thankfully UPlay has a separate friends list, so I can maintain that). That said, whilst my friends who play this game are decent, there's not much competitive drive from them.
I'm looking to add a few people who would be willing to play some multiplayer here n there if I'm online, but more importantly, I'd just like some goals to beat on tracks to make the game more exciting for me... something to aim for.
As an indication of the amount I'm online.... well, not all that much.... I have work 5 days a week, and stupid amounts of study to do in between for my professional qualification exams.
Indication of my skill level: TLR - "I'm not amazing, but I believe I'm relatively decent"
I have just finished getting gold on all tracks Medium and below (all Platinum on Beginner), and am working on getting gold on Hards at the moment in my short play sessions [generally not 0-faulting the "hard" Hard ones, just scraping under the fault limit of around 5 or so].
I've managed to get silver on all Extreme tracks too, but I know I'm not that great at them yet, and they take me a while... (uphills kill me T_T)
If that sounds like your skill level, my UPlay username is "xschmolex", and I'd love to see your ghosts and times appear in my friends tab thingo. Hopefully we can spur each other on to continue to improve
I'm still "that guy" in terms of maintaining a friends list with unknown people though, so please post here with your username if you're interested, and I'll be sure to add you and/or accept your friend request!

sounds about like me, i've been fighting to try n get near sandholm, failing miserably might i add, beginner & easy plat - medium & hard pretty much gold (barring a few tracks here n there - gigatrack for one) - extreme silvered...

and i know what you're saying about your real friends not having the competitive nature when it comes to trials, i have the same problem, too good for my real friends who don't really play often, typical, they shout at me to get it on xbox, then once i destroy thier times, they don't play anymore- of course it has nothing to do with them having jobs and lives to get on with, unlike myself

You can add me. I am probably above your skill level though. I'm rank 22 global. I have 0 faults on every track except Way of the Ninja, Dark City Run, and "Inferno 2 from the Trials HD side".Always good to have something to shoot for though. I have 5 people on my Uplay list who put me to shame.

With the online portion being back up, it's good seeing some ghosts to compete against - some of you guys are gooood xD
Just went on an extreme 'gold' spree - everything except tournaments are now gold
ConfusedMuscles, totally thought I had you on that alien extreme track, then I stuffed something up, and took the rest of the track slow to secure the platinum xP
