Morillo's anniversary competition details? interested? | Forums

Hey guys, i recently found out like many of you that Morillo will no longer be donating his time and amazing efforts to TC any longer. Also like many of you i feel this is a loss for the community but i respect his decision to move on and i wish him all the best. I have spoken to him and asked his permission to possibly take over the reins of his comp and get it back on? i asked him out of respect for him and what he has done for the community and many of you promoting great great tracks and getting the hidden gems the recognition that they deserve.

Morillo is fine with me to carry on his comp however i will need help with this and will not be able to do it alone. I also want to continue his comp as a tribute to him and all the hours and hours he poured into the community and TC which im sure all of you agree. The comp would be put on hold for a little while as i would have to get some things organised but im sure all of you that still wish to enter would see more time really valuable to get the best possible tracks out there on TC. Also being a anniversary comp i would love to see the best of the best tracks released for such a great comp idea by Moriilo. So anyone that would like to help me out and donate their time as a judge or in any other way that could get this comp up and running i would very much appreciate it.

There will be prizes but at this stage there is much to work out so everything will be announced at a later date if i can get the interest and the help that i would need to get the comp back up and running. At this stage this is just an idea but if i can get the interest from you guys for entries, judges, videos, anything else that would be relevant to it i would really enjoy to get this going.

Thats the plan guys so have a think and hopefully i can get some interest initially so i can make it official, i completely understand if the guys that were originally set to enter dont wish to anymore so we will see how we go. Anyone is welcome to enter or help out in anyway so just post in this thread guys if you wish to get another great comp going, cheers

ill help..ill judge if builders take an interest..i will also do the montage for entries... but, i would hang on for a while..let all other comps finish, then we can kick start an almighty comp...

Wow hobs thats really good of you. Ill see how things go after the GIT comp is over. If business is good between now and then maybe I can help donate prizes and make them worth everyone's hard work. Be a shame to see the hard work go unrewarded. Keep in touch.

Hobs,that is very good of you to step in & keep morrillo's comp alive (morrillo will be missed but i hope to see his return).You can put me down for building a track for this comp.Good luck & lets do this one for morrillo.
