Summary:
First time ever playing the game i have every track, and bike unlocked to play.
I am unable to link a picture of my screen as i am a new member but i can send to the devs should you require it.
UPDATE: After validating files on steam 1 file re-downloaded and locks have been applied to previously unlocked events. Though i still have 4 bikes unlocked from start.
