Come-on Trials players we are all a diehard bunch of players when it comes to this awesome game but for the life of me i cant understand why only 10% of the players rate the tracks ? and most builders are lucky if they get that.
If these designers/builders can take 20,40..........100hrs plus building tracks for all of us to enjoy we can take a few seconds and rate it.I have alot of friends that are builders and i'm starting to get the feel of how much time and hard work these guys put into their projects so please think of all the fun that you've had running the TC tracks and give these guys some love and PLEASE RATE THEIR TRACKS![]()
So here's your chance to say thank-you to all the builders and from now on say that you will try to rate every track that you finish from now on.Sorry for the rant but its been on my mind for awhile now after my last try a few months ago.I hope this one works a little better, that is all............Keep on Trialin' gamers and dont forget to thank all those hard working builders with a track rate and if you really love the track maybe even send off a quick XBLMes. or PM telling them how much you liked running their track, and if you have any feedback about the track.Thank-you in advance for your time Trial'ers.
Thanks you trials track builders, i always rate deserving tracks 5* when they are in the "New Trials" most of the time, then i make the correct rating when i think they are high up, anyways thanks again to all the time everyone puts in.....you've got support from me!![]()

I rate all tracks I play and have done so since the beginning.
Usually rate them 4-5 stars, I do think more people should rate tracks.
I think about 10% of people who play a track actually leaves a rating.
Sometimes less and sometimes more, but that's what I have noticed.
Doesn't take that long to rate a track...
I agree Bow, more people should rate the tracks they are playing. I would assume that most hardcore trialers (forum members) are rating tracks. It's prob the thousands of casuals that mostly aren't. Unfortunately this probably will never change.
I spend almost all my trials time in TC, so thanks to the many builders who keep pumping out tracks. It helps keep the game fresh and has me coming back for more every day!![]()
Maybe it's because only 10% finish the tracks. I could imagine many players just have a look and quit too early.
I agree with this. rating a track is respect to the builder and for it to take seconds to do...no brainer.
Doesn't it take more effort to not rate a track? Whenever you complete one it pops up automatically at 3 stars
I think a lot of people must download tracks to watch the replay before they even decide wether or not to try it as well.Originally Posted by Eevan80

This is a misconception. I've watched how ratings go up on thousands of games and tracks now, from the moment they go up, to when they have more replays than can be seen. MOST, that's right, MOST people DO rate tracks. Watch the ratings to people on the leaderboard ratio as something is new. Things typically get ratings when more people come on the leaderboard, and the downloads are always much higher.Originally Posted by bigbow62
A lot of people just DL stuff just to see what it's like first, then move on when they see it won't appeal to them or it's way to hard. I myself find myself playing less than half the things I download.
But yes, do rate what you playespecially nowadays since the community is sparse.
