Just got the game, and this is the first major problem I've found. The game simply minimizes itself from full screen to desktop on it's own. I can't seem to play more then 5 minutes without it minimizing to desktop.

Windows Vista 64bit
8gb Ram 4x2GB sticks
GTX 570 (Latest drivers)
i52500K CPU
Xbox 360 Controller
1080p LG LM7600 HDTV

Any other info needed, I could provide. I have no problems with over a dozen other games, I do realize this is a beta though.

Are you playing in windowed mode?

Ah I forgot my power button on my monitor broke a few days ago and I set my screensaver to turn on every minute. While using a 360 controller it didn't register it as me using my PC and would somehow minimize my game.
