I spent about 60k on new items for my rider and bike earlier today. it said it was all saved. however i got on not too long ago and it showed that none of the items had been purchased and i was not refunded the money. what do i do?

Ideally, report it to the Bug Report thread for the garage with as much information as you can, including how you exited the game.
