Will it be likely we'll see a patch for the resolution issue
It seems like people have already reported this bug in the support forums but I was keen to know if there was a plan to release a fix for the resolution.
It is pretty much unplayable on a 27 inch monitor at 2560x1440 because it looks so bad, my FPS isn't a problem. It seems to be stuck on 720p regardless of the in-game setting which doesn't scale well on a monitor of this size. Quite disappointed since I loved trails on the Xbox.
What I was wondering was is there a plan to fix this going forward or is it likely we'll see a patch for this? If not I'm tempted to ask for a refund which would be a real shame.

This is not an intended action. Resolution should change.
Can you post the symptoms and you DxDiag output to this thread?

OMG, I KNEW I WASN'T CRAZY!!
I was thinking, on my 1080p monitor and my bigger one, the graphics looked muddy/blurry.. I just thought thats how it was. But yeah, your right.. the game is totally stuck in Xbox 720p mode no matter how high my resolution goes.
