Too many Tracks on my HD - Xbox very slow... | Forums

Hey there!

Has this happened to you already? I have about 1000 Tracks on my XBOX. know Im kind of a messie, I just cant delete the ones I find really good and there are just plenty of them unfortunately..)

However my Xbox recently got veeeeeery slow (not only in trials) and I think it may be all the tracks I downloaded. Trials EVO takes bout 5 minutes to start up (from the xbox dash to the track central)...

Did you have a similar problem? Should I delete all the tracks I have to make it go faster? I would really hate to do this but I see no other solution. (My hd has 177GB free space so this is not the problem at all...)

I have just as many tracks and no problem. The dlc takes @40 seconds to load, the game @30 seconds. I can't imagine what's causing the slow down. I've never encountered such slow load times.
In general, it's a lengthy load time from console start to start riding. I'm looking forward to the instant on feature for next gen consoles.

Try putting all the tracks on a USB stick so you don't have to have them in all the time.

try emptying your cashe . in the hardrive settings . you press y.. and sometimes recovering your profile again sorts a few strange things out . your xbox should not slow down the tracks are a tiny download . even a thousand wont use much space . or like the other guy said .stick them on a usb
