Hi Guy i really hope someone can help me cuz im really getting sick of Amazon support who know nothing!

I pre-ordered Trials Gold Edition and got access to the beta. Anyway they didn't send my code on time so today i had to get onto them i finally got it.

I have my code but they didn't send me a downloader or any other instruction on how to redeem, now as far as i am aware you need a downloader for uplay games.

I have no clue now how to use my Key and really need some help, after speak to Amazon AGAIN, all they told me was the supplier only supplied the keys and all that was needed was a Uplay account and a broadband connection and then kept referring me to their redemption page with shows how to redeem codes on I.e Steam

I also posted in the Ubisoft support forums and they have told me to come here PLZ Help im sick of being thrown to forum to forum

As far as I know pre-ordering the game from Amazon will not get you access to the beta. Because you'll have to wait for them to send you the disc, which they won't do until it's released later this month.

In order to get access to the beta you'll need to buy the game from either Steam or Uplay, and from either one you can then download the game and enter the key you'll be emailed in order to activate the game.

I pre-ordered from Amazon and also bought it via Steam so I could play the beta.
