Time of day triggers? | Forums

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to have a time of day trigger?

For example, I want my track to start as night and about 1/3rd of the way through change into early dawn and etc.
I've been watching RedLynx's video tutorials but I haven't seen anything to do with this yet.
