Having not played THD, the Warehouse is mine. Loving the donkey too.
The multiplayer for sure. So much fun talking to people on the mumble whilst trying to beat them racing

One thing? Damn. Well, i'll pick two, because i can.
The simplicity of the editor, considering the power it seems to have. People coming from the xbox already know that, but i was really impressed after spending some time in it.
The multiplayer. Joining games is a lot faster and smoother than in CB. And of course it's great fun when you and your skill fail miserably and watch yourself staying behind.
(note to myself: install that damned mumble thing, what do you wait?)
The fact that it makes the XBLA version look like a joke.

trials HD objects, trials HD tracks, better graphics, smooth controls, and multiplayer is better then xbox

Bike feeling is so much better than in T2.
