Beta activation Help! | Forums

Hi, I need help to understand how to activate the beta to the game from the Swedish store Webhallen.
I couldn´t find a link or beta code in my profile or in my mail. They told me when I asked
that they had sent me a code to my mailbox but I can´t find anything, or maybe I dont
know how to activate the beta.
If by any small chance anyone here on the forum know anything that could help me in this situation, please leave a comment.

Don't know how that store works, but except the key, they should send you a link to download the installer. Except if they sell the Steam version, but i doubt it.

I guess you checked your spam folder? Maybe the mail with the key and and the way to download the installer is in there. Otherwise, contact them and ask if you can get a new mail with that info, or check somewhere in your store's account page for that info.

Well thank you so much for responding! I´m currently working on what you said and I will try to make them resend the code. Only thing is that the customer support will not open until on monday (which kind of sucks right now ).
But sooner or later it will probebly be solved ( I hope)
